But putting that aside, given that the market is stuck on 12/12.5, is there any reason to take action either way ? Tesserent is now effectively not a stock to trade, so for holders perhaps the right course of action is to do nothing.

The risk of the deal falling over is very slight. The board wants it, and most shareholders will support it. FIRB should not be a problem, particularly as we build relations with France post the submarine fiasco.

A little birdie tells me that there is another bidder in the wings, but a grain of salt is required.

Nevertheless, it is a chance.

Interesting (re another bidder). It’s why I sold 4 million and held onto 800,000 - just in case.

I can’t see any issues with FIRB - Thales has been supplying both product and services to the Australian Government for many years and while TNT might be a reasonable size there are plenty of other competing Cybersecurity companies.

It’s just so annoying!
