Thoughts-
- Sell now for 12.5 c/12 c- Keep money in bank and get 5% per annum and/or buy beaten down quality stocks.
- Wait for 13c in Sept/Oct - Risk that if market tanks the deal may be off
- Wait for rival takeover - Love this to happen but I think it is unlikely as Thales could up the bid for such a small amount so why bother putting in a rival bid for a company of questionable quality.
