i see little chance of a rival takeover
based on the current share price, the offer is rather generous. the Board recommends it and Lord controls most of the shares
in short it really depends on Geoff Lord's position. I understand Lord got the majority of his shares at well under 13c, so he does ok out of the deal.
in summary - if Geoff Lord is happy with 13c, it goes through as he controls most of the shares.
