Of those top 20 holders (and the top holders in general), other than Geoff, I think you might find there is going to be a fair amount of resistance to this from all the constituent company owners who at 13c would be selling at a loss (and some of them a significant loss). What's required to in terms of votes to get this carried does anyone know? It's not a done deal yet ...

It's definitely a good buy for Thales, but their challenge will be holding it together if the purchase is successful - that's going to be even harder I'd suspect than getting 'synergies' has been for the current TNT management.
