Wow I have to say if I was the ATO I would be looking at this as straight tax evasion ! unless I am missing something he has transferred all the shares to a super fund and now they are worth double within a month ?? Is that so no tax ! I may be missing something but that is definately very very strange unless the entity they are in was already owned by the super fund ... maybe a few emails and lodgments of concern with the ATO is in order.

I am a little frustrated that I waited a little long was going to buy at 5 but changed it to 4c after earlier existing.... oh well that would have been a nice jump.
