And of course the option holders are looked after - the full table is on page 90 of the SID, but as an example - management awarded themselves a lot of options at the AGM last year. I didn’t oppose it, as it was an incentive to get the price up. They were exercisable at 15c, which really meant they needed the share price well north of that to make money.
However now they don’t have to pay anything and get given 5.4c an option, if I understand this correctly. Not bad for less than a year…..
