Yep! This is exactly what I was saying yesterday in the other thread. Great to have it confirmed like this, and with indications that the acquisition is probably going to be better than expected both in terms of size and payment method.

This should break us through resistance today (we were giving it a decent attempt over the last two sessions already, and this should a sledgehammer to do the job of a gentle tap.
