It is all going to come down to whether or not the mine can be cash flow positive. Bass could be sitting on the largest high quality graphite mine in the world or a pile of clay and it wouldn't make a difference if they can only run it at a loss. "Proving" that the cost of mining the graphite, refining it and distributing it is less than what they sell it for will be the straw that breaks the proverbiale camels back. Until then all we have is estimates and managements word that it can be done (which is enough for myself and many others but not enough for the market as a whole). All these additional pieces of information are fantastic but are all contingent on the above mentioned cash flow.
