We cant say that test program 5 has been successful. It increased viscosity but not to the desired grade. UOJ said they can achieve it by fine tuning the variables. Question is why didn't they fine tune the conditions and achieve the desired outcome and then let the results out? And if they couldnt achieve the viscosity in small sample how are they expecting to do this in bulk?
