I think counting cots might have had a lot to do with it. Proving C170 could be achieved with a low cost test (Test 5) now justifies spending more $$ with a bigger test (bulk sampling). Method in their madness - yes.

Re NB - might have been right place, right time, right group of people - he surrounded himself with for the PLS success.

Those same groups of people have been fleeing the Top 20 register now for the last year or so and are still not finished it would appear with the constant reload of sells at 2.7c, 2.8c & 2.9c.

We can only sit and wait till their done ....
