Hardly call one pip a smack down. No real value added in this - just an intention to do a thing that they were practically doing anyway. Everyone is waiting for DFS and are unlikely to do much until it comes out. Keep in mind it was one pip down before the announcement anyway, so it’s just a bit of a non-reaction more than anything.
