I have spoken to management since Dagmar's departure. She was initially appointed to assist in progressing the Alpha project through it's then proposed DFS stage - this is outlined in GRV's initial ASX announcement of her appointment. The DFS of course did not happen, so a primary reason for her appointment vanished. Her expertise and Directorships are with other companies whose activities are associated with mechanical safety and transportation.
Maybe her need for being associated with GRV simply no longer existed.
