I can't help but wonder if the stagnant price is in relation to the placement facility that was approved at the AGM. 25M shares at 80% of the average for the 5 days prior to their issue is enough reason to cap the price.
Not sure when they will be issued, but looking forward to it being done and dusted.
No conspiracy theory, just an observation.
