I am fully aware of JD’s exit and what public reasons were given.... I only speculate with some of my investment(s) not what an individual’s private and personal circumstances are or may be... I prefer to trust people until they give me reason not to.. When investing I like to consider the people involved in the project not just the product...a product without a trustworthy BOD is worthless as is an excellent product without the people to manage it...
I do not look at this investment with rose coloured glasses...it was and still is a speculative one with huge potential upside. I like the people involved, I like the structure put place for reward based on success... the same position for key management as shareholders... “all in”.. huge pay day or zilch but at least we can dust ourselves off, put it down to experience and move on.. whereas some of our BOD have sacrificed salary and have placed their professional reputations at stake and we all know how poor results look on an Executives resume moving forward...
Exciting yes, as long as you haven’t invested more than you can afford to lose... as for all the other white noise there are still a lot more twists and turns to come but one way or another we are closer to the finish line
