None of the boards "Professional Reputations" are on the line.
This is a throw away line that longs use to try and make themselves feel good about being in the stock.
if this tanks, none of the board are damaged wrt reputation.
they have a forward looking disclosure caveat and risk disclosure caveat on every single investor presentation. The risk lies solely on the individuals shoulders, nothing to do with board reputation.
