No one wants a bad result on their scorecard.. caveats or not they are Johnny on the spot, front and centre, promoting the product and the Company.. the buck stops with them good or bad.

And News, Good or Bad will follow them... If this falls over you would be reluctant to invest in any future projects they put their name to... you would certainly proceed with a level of caution? Whereas with positive results they would be perceived completely different and investors would flock to any project they were involved in.... IMHO How this plays out will have a huge effect on their resume for potential future Executive positions.. they are not exempt from the positive or negative effect the results will have.

Hopefully they will all receive huge, huge amounts of monies from the sales pool agreement and will not have to work again
