Nothing, less than 6 months ago, we had the failed platform, that was supposed to be the working chip.
Certainly, everyone BOD included is pissed for sure.
We were advised the problem was identified and the process to fix it (etch mask and short loop) and then run Platform 3.
Regrettably that equalled delay, effectively another 12 months, hence the capital raise (oversubscribed). Imec extension consequently.
All I have observed since is shareholders having a "dummy spit", because of last years platform failure and delay. Now we have panic driven further loss of confidence by some LTH's frustration, and bolt on a general fear of a global market meltdown, (that is a concern).
So where to for 4DS, we are in the finishing straight, if the short loop works, chip is a formality.
We know our piece of the chip works, inventing done. We were once told the integration to the IMEC component was easy and known. Apparently somebody blew it, IMEC or perhaps a now former employee, I would guess though that the IMEC component has been attached to multiple pieces of tech, so we should be confident they'll get it right this time.
Guido has been sidelined by Wilbert, and maybe being made to take some pain for last years stuff up. Perhaps DIY test kit was part of the problem, if we'd had the good gear, the problem would have been picked up.
Buying the new industry kit, reduces the work of our in house Chief Engineer, so he can go part time, and retire in October, as the project will be finished. Nothing left to do, no more platforms, iterations, just the sale process.
Just sorry I have no spare dollars to buy more.
