Part of the problem here seems to be an misunderstanding of what a short loop is. A short loop is a process, designed to iteratively learn, and is not a solution in itself. It is promising that 4DS believes that these issues can be solved via a short iteration rather than going back to the drawing board and starting from scratch. When you take into account that they've invested in a COTS testing system we should be close to having repeatable and verifiable results.
