My guess is that it's traders who follow the old saw "buy the rumour, sell the news," which is not a bad rule of thumb when you're talking about some run of the mill profit upgrade, but this news really should be considered an exception to that rule. There is probably a bit of bot trading going on in there as well. And the third and final group of sellers would be the intellectually handicapped.
