I think Spec was just having a whinge that no pre-drill estimate was provided. I'm pretty sure that there is a listing rule requiring this from exploration companies, but it may not apply to producers who also do exploration. Technically, I think Buru don't even have to provide a quarterly cashflow report now because they are producers (or they were until recently).
