Do you think that the Indonesians are looking to burn the Coldry pellets themselves, or are ECT looking to use Indonesian coal to feed the VC deal?
Indonesia is certainly a lot closer to China than the Latrobe Valley, and I assume operating, transport costs etc a lot cheaper.
Another point to consider is how close the coal mines are to the sea ports in Indonesia. If the infrastructure is already there, roll-out could be a quick and painless process.
