Yes I guess that would have fixed it @sigint

COB and a zillion other cobalt upstarts worldwide who failed to "fast track" as you call it could have cleaned up. Mind you that would need some nifty timing. They would have to have been at full production mid winter 2016 to reap the massive reward of 4 short months where cobalt was an average of $32/lb +. You can just imagine the fat being pilled on in such gay times, that same fat would have to be carried right through to that $13 low, we are left to ponder what may have been there, if that was price discovery I would rather on someone else's shift in hindsight. 

All in all I am happy to accumulate at these levels, this IMHO is a similar but more lasting opportunity.
