Looks like AVD/ODN want to take advantage of the lack of interest in spec oil stocks to snap up TEXs assets in the U.S.They obviously think they fit their plans and ODN has cash but not much in the way of producing assets(until they signed with KOG)While SPs of these stocks remain so low,companies are going to take advantage of the situation.Rough maths tells me they are offering .0415c per share.They may need to raise that a bit to be successful.
