Some of the more enlightened people on here have already worked out a best and worst case scenario on this case. The worst case scenario is nowhere as bad as some would have people believe.
I urge people to review the filings in this case. It reads like an episode of Faulty Towers. All I can say is thank God for RC. What absolute ham fisted managment we had prior to his ascendency to MD.
