The action has been lodged in a district court in Houston by Geoscience Resource Recovery, the company that negotiated the deal with Total under a contract that would originally have meant it was paid a success fee of up to $20 million.

If Geoscience Resource Recovery does indeed win, in the US of A, the defendant (Central) from my understanding also pays a big portion of the legal fees but but but there is also the additional payment of stress and anxiety........... I assume to Applicant (GRR) due to the manner this was handled. I could of course be wrong.

If 20 million plus (US$) is found a favour of GRR, what does this do to this little company with such an appalling market cap since year 2012.

The selling will continue because recognition that GRR have a very good case has been identified by a US court and this could see the end of central if they are unable to be creative in the manner in which they contain the damages. I strongly suggest to take the matter out of court and have GRR be place on the board and/or GRR moninates persons onto board. Could we see JH back on the seat? who knows but but but what drama.

Transperancy is key central, please learn from the mistakes. Trust central, please build it up.
