There are quite a few errors in your representation of the facts. It would take me most of the day to point out chapter and verse your false and erroneous assertions. An example of one false claim that you make; costs are not appointed by the court in the US & Teaxas, they are borne by the litigant.
I agree with you however on one fact. It will have to be played out in court.
And as for trusting CTP, absolutely. At least we are rid of the clown car that was running this company.
