An Appeal probably wont be heard till about August 2017, and then depending on its outcome it will either be transferred to Australia by Pande or continued in America. and either of those would not be until 2018 at the earliest.

So by a rough estimation CTP may not get a final decision until say Late 2018 (ie Nov/ Dec) on the appeal

And any actual hearing around early to mid 2019.

Then there may be another Appeal by either party. and that may again take until late 2019 or eraly 2020.

I think by that time CTP will be different company and may well have been taken over
