Ok so I am confused. Do these guys own these assets or are they some of the old assets? If they are the new assets, have they closed on them and if not, are they unconditional ie: funding all in place? Its just so unclear and no wonder they can't get traction in the market. On the surface they look like they have a great deal but there is way too much information still missing.
