The big issue we have is we have no clarity on the financial position of the company. I suspect (and this is only my opinion), that silver is about to head to 3 digits, and it may happen very quickly.
Webbs and Conrad’s are very good tenements, but need a lot of work. If silver goes to the moon, and Thomson can get a capital raising at good terms (I.e. their share price heads north in a big way), there is a way out of this for them, and a good one too.
I just hope SVL maybe give them some assistance, maybe by providing a director. They won’t want to see their investment go to zero that’s for sure.
Thomson have mucked up. I do think the previous CEO had the right idea in doing more work around better recoveries, etc, it’s just maybe they were just a little early. I think now silver is about to explode, but timing is just one of those things.
