Seem like the same old modus operandi to me. Realease info with no real deadline and no firm arrangement. ASX will have bought this as a reasonable disclosure to market and in meantime we're still in limbo till at least September (assuming the quarters relate to apollo/USA now).

Interesting to see how this tied in with that spiel EVM gave about the land deal and breaking ground later this year.

At least this is some positive news.
EVM does not have any leverage on other companies at this stage. So it's understandable that they are the ones who need to make adjustments. I only hope that the management is sincere and honest in these disclosures
