Not really following this company but if the transaction was done around Aug 2020, it's not like they were blindsided by COVID since we were already half a year into it. The earnout being on the 3rd year is already obviously catering for that, instead of the usual 1st year anniversary.
Good luck to holders, but this board is not looking out for minority shareholders' best interest but Jeff's.
Anyway not a holder and I can safely remove this from my watchlist.
