according to the company's PDS heartwood development doesn't start to yr 5 and 6 there for trees that are only 9 yrs old matematically are less than 50% into the development of heartwood ie 13 yrs - 6 =7yrs
9 yr old trees are into 3 yrs of 7 development so how accurate would it be anyhow.

This is a pioneering industry and thus they would be pioneering numbers
Indian trees avaerage a yield of 5% on 20 to 30yr old trees

I take your point ..the million dollar question is how much oil is in them trees buy really what would you be comparing against?

Oil is there and recently sold a small amount at the Kiberley must charity auction
