Unfortunately there is nothing here for shareholders. The plantations have been sold so TFS doesn't own them and if TFS wants to buy the oil down the track TFS will have to BUY it. There is minimal money in managing the plantations and any income produced will go to servicing the heavy debt load that management has subjected our company to
Shareholders need plantations held by TFS for the benefit of TFS and management currently has no interest in building shareholder value Notice the share price today down another 2.5 cents This is a big thumbs down to management and no matter how much they try to talk it up THERE IS NOTHING FOR SHAREHOLDERS
We really need to get the message across that a massive change on the board is desperately needed. We need plantations owned by TFS for the benefit of shareholders. We currently pay management huge salaries to look after our interests and what to they do. Sell off equity and instead of making money for shareholders they make money from shareholders. Is this what we pay them for? Make your vote count at the AGM
