I'm not sure I agree. They should be delivering a positive cash flow with the current harvesting. So why do they need an extra 50mil

I would have preferred the debt to stay at 200mil and not increased to 250mil. The increase of 50 wipes out the gain from the reduced interest rate.

50mil for general corporate uses does not give an indication it will be used productively.

Will wait for the results presentation but now starting to be a bit concerned about cashflow.
