If we definitely knew it continued at high grade the company wouldnt be valued at 36 mill with a 90c share price would it...be more like a few dollars share price
Thing is people thing its a pretty good chance it does continue and they just gave the company 10 mill to prove it
Once its derisked you can buy it for a few dollars and feel comfortable
