I think the biggest thing for me as an investor is the resilience in the management, bouncing back from the lowest of lows 2017 and continuing to push on with improving the tech and gaining approvals. They could have easily just raised the white flag in the face of adversity...

At this stage of the company's life when you can't really determine a company's full worth through balance sheets and revenue's, I'm comfortable in betting on the management to get things done.
