    Hi reason,

    The 2 main reasons we haven't had a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) boils down to cost & dilution:

    1. Cost - It is a costly process to do a SPP as there are legal postage and registration fee's

    2. Dilution - With such a low SP, there would be a truckload of new shares coming onboard which would be highly dilutive.
