I have never before seen a Panel decision take anywhere near two months. WTF has been going on???
Anyway, the key point seems to be that Somers keeps as many of the DRP shares as necessary to maintain its pre DRP stake, but has to give back the rest. So after all the shenanigans (Thorn not holding the meeting when it was meant to, then trying to give Somers a huge vote bump via the DRP), Somers' voting power will be completely unchanged. What a disgraceful waste of time and money. I wonder how much this fool's errand has cost Thorn, and by Thorn, I mean us, Thorn's shareholders? Yet another reason to vote the current board out
