If I had an answer to that I'd be putting my hand up
It's all different now - especially when a new CEO is appointed, so let's see what they can achieve. They will have the advantage of the expensive lessons learnt.
I would like to see the new CEO on a modest salary with a stock option component, but it's more important that we find the right person first.
