I agree with @nitpicker - I think the point he is trying to get across is that there is nothing that LGP could do in this instance. They did everything right, there is a discrepancy between the TGA's findings, and the TGA Approved Lab that LGP used to test their product.
LGP didn't use their own lab or a chosen preferred lab, they used a TGA Approved Lab....totally out of their control.
I agree with @nitpicker - I think the point he is trying to get...
