Anecdotally I have just noticed how much more efficient and desirable Easyscreen is compared to other PCR assays.

With the recent ramp up in volumes of COVID testing picking up, pathologies are no doubt working under great stress. A COVID result which used to turn around within within 48 hours is now taking 72 hours from Dorevitch. As far as I’m aware, Dorevitch doesn’t use Easyscreen (yet).

In comparison, COVID test result from Australian Clinical Lab, which uses Easyscreen, continues to deliver results in only 24 hours. The increased volume of testing has not affected its turn around time at all.

The rapidly increasing demand for COVID19 testing certainly serves to highlight the benefit of rapid high volume throughput of GSS Easyscreen kits. This will no doubt help GSS gain recognition for its superior technology and accelerate uptake by pathologies worldwide.
