They are asking ADO to provide a plan as to how the company will react to the emergence of new strains.

Make no mistake, we would be doing this work anyway, so it's just a matter of putting it into an action plan that the TGA can understand and accept.

As referenced in my post earlier, this is merely to save ADO from having to go back to the TGA, every time a new strain emerges.
The TGA is saving themselves work and at the moment, they are facing down the barrel of having to get all of the recently approved RAT tests to submit additional information, to adhere to the same standard. Imagine the work involved with this.
