The queuing could be greatly alleviated as the placement of readers would be diversified into health care settings such as doctor's surgeries, hospitals and chemists. The load would be spread dramatically and at far less cost than dedicated testing sites and path lab facilities.
No matter what, the NEXT pandemic will use RAT's. The laboratory based PRC will be history, analogous to renewable energy replacing fossil fuels.
The future is coming, but the flat earthers will cling to their vested interest for as long as possible when there is a buck in it.
