.The information requested relates to the performance of AnteoTech’s RDT in relation to the detection of SARS-CoV-2 variants. In addition, the TGA has requested that AnteoTech provide plans for the monitoring of the emergence of new strains of SARS-CoV-2 and performance testing of the RDT against these strains, as well as other technical and performance elements.

The highlighted words from the quote read a lot like ADO need to provide plans and performance testing against future strains that do not yet exist. Talk about the TGA putting barriers up at every opportunity whilst allowing other tests to continue being sold that don't seem to have to meet the same requirements. There is something really wrong when companies that are trying to be good examples of the 'knowledge economy' aren't given express treatment by government departments. I still think approval won't be before March/April. By that time there might be something ready to submit for Sepsis as well which will mean the end of 2022 before that test is approved based on the current processing time. The big danger is the PM wanting to be seen to have signed a big contract to supply hospitals etc with testing and he will do it with imported products, don't doubt that for one second. Only Hillsong can intervene to get this test approval fast tracked now.
