Yes, most definitely. Developing a home-based one concurrently would have saved us a lot of headaches. I know that it stems from the fact that our method uses UV light to read the strip. But there's that other test on the market that comes with a UV torch so the end-user can read it. we could actually have repurposed our current test using the same method. Of course, we'd have to do all the trials and whatnot, but it's a quick alternative as opposed to developing a regular one from scratch.

Speaking of other mistakes, I just fired off an e-mail to ensure that one wasn't made. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't aware of it.
