There is a serious problem in the way that tests are presented in terms of level of detection and other data. And it seems as if the CE mark is just handed out without question. Many of the Chinese companies listed in the EU database don't even work.

Are we meant to believe that the test can differentiate between all of these conditions? It's absurd. Let's say that it can detect all of them in a single test line. what use is that? You're positive for at least 1 of 30 conditions. Go and take another 30 tests just to make sure which one it is.

Another example. You're testing for cov19 but you can also test positive for mumps on the same test?

No false positives/negatives yet 97.1% sensitive and 99.76 specific?

A level of detection of 250 AU. AnteoTech's is 281,000 AU. Are we to believe that some Chinese test is 112,300% more accurate than ours that uses patented technology and has been demonstrated to increase detection accuracy by 3rd parties?

It's an absolute minefield to navigate the space and to easily find a test that suits your needs. Especially when some tests claim absurd figures, yet you can't even go to their site to get any kind of a data sheet (whether fabricated or not). NZ are doing it right by ignoring manufacturer's claims and seeking independent testing.
