VJ I agree that everyone needs a break to recharge and most Australian government agencies have grey out periods starting on the 20th of December, however I am sure that there would be critical path projects throughout both divisions that would require continued focus over the festive break. So I am hoping that the leadership team have allocated this to human resources to ensure we have no creep in our communicated schedules. If past performance is an indication of confidence well I certainly have reservations. There will be no tolerance for major project schedule overruns in 2022 for the leadership team IMHO.
