We are no longer a small company of just 8 people and at some time everyone needs a break.
They will not have turned off phones I don't think even if they are taking time off.
It takes 1 week to unwind and 1 week before going back the mind is well in gear thinking of the future going by my past
experience.
And forget de stabilizing. Definitely not at this stage is just my opinion.
