If ADO are to be awarded major Industry and Government contracts, at the very least they'll need to attest to the efficacy in detecting Omicron, if not the Specificity and Sensitivity to this variant.
Having a TGA stamp attesting to the Eugeni's ability to detect Omicron would be a major benefit vs. the other, already in-market tests that will not have that independent validation.
Frustrating as this further minor delay is, I believe it will be worth it.
