I work with Government science agencies and they are mostly working from home due to COVID. While you can do zooms it is not the same as meeting in person for big issues. It does slow things down. I also knownif you are not leading the process requests for further information can go on and on. That is why you usually have a pre lodgemnt meeting to make sure everyone knows what is required. It prevents the request for further info. Now omnicron has been used at the last minute to change the goal posts. If just seems that this has happened at every turn for ADO. Is it poor project planning and execution or Big Pharma plays or both.. All speculation but something is just not adding up in my mind.
